Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to love your handcrafted ceramics! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

I carefully pack each piece to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different piece, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. I'm happy to help you find the perfect piece for your home.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email me at connie@twocentsceramics.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  • Photos if the item is damaged

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or I made an error with your order. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
